Beesoft Solutions Adds Visual AI Workflow Builder to BeesoftAI, Letting Small Businesses Automate Repetitive Tasks Without Writing Code

Chatswood-based Beesoft Solutions today announced the AI Workflow Builder, a new visual tool inside BeesoftAI that lets Australian small businesses, sole traders and students chain AI steps together into automated workflows by dragging and connecting blocks on a canvas.

Until now, each BeesoftAI tool has handled one job at a time, such as writing an email or summarising a document. The Workflow Builder lets users connect several steps so that the result of one feeds into the next.

A workflow begins with a manual trigger and can then run through any combination of building blocks: an AI text generator, a web scraper that reads a page, a search across a knowledge base, a request to another online service, and an if-this-then-that branch. An output step delivers the result.

Examples of what a small business could build include a workflow that reads a web page and drafts a short summary, or one that searches reference material and drafts a reply to a customer question.

“Most small business owners don’t have time to learn automation software, and they shouldn’t need to,” said Danny Huynh, founder of Beesoft Solutions. “We wanted a way to connect the AI steps people already use, on one screen, without writing code.”

The AI Workflow Builder is available now in BeesoftAI at beesoft.com.au/workflow. New accounts start with 3,000 free tokens, with no credit card required to sign up.
