Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Beesoft Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN 73 138 033 360, "we", "us", "our"), the operator of BeesoftAI. By creating an account or using BeesoftAI in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use BeesoftAI.

1. About BeesoftAI

BeesoftAI is an AI-powered suite of tools operated by Beesoft Solutions Pty Ltd, an Australian company based in Chatswood, NSW. Our tools use third-party AI models, including Google's Gemini API, to generate content based on what you enter. We provide the platform "as is" and continue to improve it over time — features, tools, and pricing may change as we do.

2. Eligibility and your account

To use BeesoftAI, you need to:

  • Be at least 16 years old.
  • Provide accurate information when registering, and keep it up to date.
  • Keep your password confidential and let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account, so please take reasonable care to keep it secure.

3. Plans, billing, and cancellation

BeesoftAI offers a free plan and paid subscription plans with a monthly token allowance.

  • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance, in Australian dollars, inclusive of GST.
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We don't store your full card details ourselves.
  • You can cancel a paid plan at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle — you'll keep access until then, and won't be charged again after.
  • We don't provide refunds for partial months or unused tokens, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

We may change our pricing or plans from time to time. If we do, we'll give you reasonable notice before any change affects you.

4. Content you generate

As between you and us, you own the content you generate using BeesoftAI's tools — including text, images, and other output — and you're free to use it however you like, including commercially. We don't claim any ownership over your generated content.

That said, you're responsible for how you use it. AI-generated content can sometimes be inaccurate, outdated, or inappropriate for your specific situation — this applies especially to tools like the Contract Generator, Business Plan, or Privacy Policy Generator, which produce content that sounds authoritative but isn't a substitute for professional legal, financial, or business advice. Please review anything BeesoftAI generates before relying on it or sharing it with others.

5. Acceptable use

When using BeesoftAI, you agree not to:

  • Use the platform for anything illegal, harmful, or fraudulent.
  • Generate content that harasses, defames, or impersonates any person or business.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell access to BeesoftAI or its underlying AI models.
  • Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to abuse our token or fair-use system.
  • Use our legal-document tools (such as the Contract, Privacy Policy, or Terms of Service Generators) to provide legal advice to third parties in a professional capacity, unless you're appropriately qualified to do so.
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the security of our platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the issue.

6. Our intellectual property

BeesoftAI's platform, branding, logo, and underlying software are owned by Beesoft Solutions Pty Ltd or our licensors. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our branding or platform beyond what's needed to use BeesoftAI as intended.

7. Third-party services

BeesoftAI relies on third-party providers to operate, including Google (Gemini API) for AI generation, Supabase for data storage, Resend for email delivery, and Stripe for payments. We aren't responsible for outages, errors, or issues caused by these third-party services that are outside our reasonable control.

8. Disclaimers

BeesoftAI is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, whether express or implied, other than those which cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beesoft Solutions Pty Ltd's total liability to you for any claim arising from or connected to your use of BeesoftAI is limited to the total amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such loss.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where our liability can't be excluded but can be limited, our liability is limited to re-supplying the service or paying the cost of having the service re-supplied, at our option.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Beesoft Solutions Pty Ltd harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of content generated through BeesoftAI.

11. Termination

You can stop using BeesoftAI and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if we reasonably suspect misuse or fraud, or if we discontinue the service. Where reasonably possible, we'll give you notice before doing so.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time as BeesoftAI grows and changes. We'll update the date at the top of this page whenever we do, and if a change is significant, we'll do our best to let you know directly. Continuing to use BeesoftAI after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You agree that the courts of New South Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of BeesoftAI.
